If any participant in this educational activity is in need of support services, please notify the AHRS headquarters office at 1-630-578-3991 or <span style=\"display:inline;unicode-bidi:bidi-override;direction:rtl;\" class=\"\">gro.yteicoshcareserriahnacirema<span style=\"display:none;\">obfsctd-77b72c<\/span>&#64;ofni<\/span> as soon as possible, and preferably before November 15, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-4de0020c\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Cancellation\/Refund Policy<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>:<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In-person Meeting Registration:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All registration fees, less a $25.00 administration fee, will be refunded upon written notice of cancellation to the AHRS office received on or before November 18, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There will be no refund of fees for cancellation or for lack of attendance without notification. It is your responsibility to ensure that your cancellation request has been received by the AHRS headquarters office. All refund requests must be in writing. \u201cNo shows\u201d who have not pre-paid will be invoiced for the total registration fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>On-Demand Recording Registration:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All on-demand registration fees, less a $25.00 administration fee, will be refunded upon written notice of cancellation to the AHRS office received on or before November 18, 2025.
